VICTORY TEAM DEPARTS FOR EUROPE

World Champions Victory Team begins the first leg on the journey to keep the UIM Class One World Championship flying the UAE colors.

Currently being shipped on board the Saudi Hofuf NA III, the distinctive blue livery of Victory Team will next touch shore in Italy in preparation for the first race of the Class One season scheduled to take place in Marseille , France on the 2^nd of June 2002 . The boats will be racing away from home waters until their return to the Emirates during the first week of October for the conclusion of the Class One season.

The journey will carry not only the Victory Team boats and their support vehicles, but also the hopes of Dubai for another successful Championship race series.
